Northline Energy in the State of Maine:
PHILLIPS — Riding a wave of success at Maine schools, Northline Energy of Lynnwood, WA., has hired former Maine SAD #58 Maintenance and Transportation Director Dan Worcester to operate the company’s new sales and service office here.
“Dan’s previous position with MSAD #58 and his activity with the school board and budgeting process provide valuable experience and direct insight as to the benefit of wood-energy systems and their applications,” said Northline Energy President and Chief Executive Officer Ron Kirkendorfer. “We’re pleased to have Dan working with us to bring Maine the best-of-class equipment from North America and Europe.”
Northline has been installing equipment solutions in the U.S., China and Canada for more than 15 years and began working in Maine in 2008. Kirkendorfer promised the company “will continue to offer service and support equal to the quality of our equipment.”
Worcester served SAD #58 for 11 years and was instrumental in initiating and installing one of the first pellet-fired combustion systems in the state at Mt. Abram High School in January 2009. He can be reached at 207-639-3141, or cell 207-491-7397, or via e-mail at danw@northline.net.
